Traditional but my brother had Hey Jude as his wedding march and his bride wore deep purple velvet. Bet you can guess the decade for that wedding.

Wedding march---the ONLY thing used then! anything else would have been scandalous!
|
we were married at my parents' home so there was no music playing, but i'm pretty sure i was humming 'bumble bee tuna.'

eloped. Seems to be a lot of us! And I love him as much (and more) to this day!

A fake Elvis singing Viva Las Vegas..........guess where I got married?!?!?
|
My hubby of 35 years and I were married in judges chambers to no music.
I did see Leon Russel years ago at Mammoth Gardens in Denver. He was playing in concert with Joe Cocker. We also went to a concert to hear Kenny Rogers when he was with the First Edition. The opening act was an unknown comic named Steve Martin. |
Backyard w/friends wedding here.
I saw Leon Russell with Willie Nelson in Ventura, CA in the 1990's. |
We had a simple second wedding in which my son escorted me in to "God Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flats. His daughter arranged a first dance to DH's favorite "Forever" by Kiss
Opposites musically but balanced in all the right ways. |
Here we go again!!
