I'm trying to get used to audiobooks - started listening to 'Knit Two' and have caught myself glazing over. Not sure if it's the voice, the story line or what. |
Reading the 5th book in the Outlander series.

I just finished "The Long Walk" by Slavomir Rawicz.
It's about a group of men who escaped from a gulag in Siberia and walked to India during WWII. |
The Aloha Quilt, great story

I have a story about a book I just read called "Truth to Tell" a "young adult" book I got from the library free box. Looked interesting.
About a young girl who moves from England to New Zealand with her Mom. She runs away to Christchurch on the train and (not giving away anything by saying that) a city which I had never heard of. A week after I finished the book...Christchurch was in the news with an earthquake! |
