I am in Western NC and in just a couple of miles of here we have Hooker's Gap and Milk Sick Cove Road.

People steal the Hooker's Gap sign as quickly as the county replaces them.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Blessings,

Sharon

Here in town there is a street about one short block long called No Name Street. Nobody actually lives on it as all the homes face the intersecting streets.

For as long as we've lived in our home, I've hated East Swamp Road (yes, there is also a West Swamp Road). Guess I should stop complaining about it - it hardly compares with some of these you folks have shared!

Had to revive this...

Santa Clause Lane in North Pole, Alaska (yes, we just had a customer from there!)

Wits End Dr. in Hamburg, NJ

This got started because we had an international customer in Wits End, GB. I went to Google Maps to see where it was and couldn't find it, but found the street in NJ instead!

My cat was named after Zzyzx Road. The man that originally owned the land named it that because he wanted it to be "the last word"!

I have a friend who lives on YY Road in Tunas, MO. When she was giving me the directions to her house, she told me to turn on ED Road - or DE Road....seems it depends on which direction you are driving what the name is!!

There was also a Shades of Death road in Jersey. The sign kept getting stolen though. Seriously. I'm not making it up. There's even a Wiki article on it lol. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shades_Of_Death_Road

A street in the heart of Santa Fe named "Burro Alley." Used to be too narrow for anything but burros. Just a tad wider now.
