Yes, do let us know what you find out. But realistically, some kids are escape artists. My oldest son, more years ago than I want to remember, got out of the yard and went down the country road. One neighbor came and told me he was dragging his wagon, stark naked!! I asked why she didn't bring him back, and she said she was too scared of his dog to touch him. The dog was a big Doberman that DS was struggling to pull in the wagon!!! And the dog wouldn't let anyone near his kid!! I didn't know whether to spank him or kiss him first when I got him back!!! After that we put a lock on the gate!!
If the child was well dressed and cheerful, seems like she must have gotten out on her own and went exploring. But it's good the CPS will watch a little over her for a while. It was God's will that you, and not a pervert grabbed her. You were put in the right place at the right time. Maybe this was a custody thing, and both parents thought the other had her? I'm curious about this myself, on second thought my idea doesn't sound quite right. |
God put you where you needed to be at that moment. I cannot imagine that no one has missed her yet. I hope and pray all works out well.

A long time ago I read a saying that said, "You are exactly where you are supposed to be at any given moment." ...so glad you found her, and before condemning her mom, maybe something happened to her...perhaps the little girl had been kidnapped...who knows? But, You were where you were supposed to be at that moment in time...God does work wonders...

Thank goodness you were the one to find her......

Your Gods angel, watching out for these little ones. It really is awful how uncared for some children are
|
You were her angel, God put you in her life for a reason.

Maybe you should be a foster parent..My husband and I were foster parents for many years plus we had 3 sons...We adopted our last child that we fostered....A girl that we got at 2 months of age...I can't tell the difference between biological or adopted...We love them all the same..
I will pray for the little one... |
