Well, I wouldn't mind one snow day so make sure you don't send that snow on a weekend! :)

My son just called and said the DC area was getting a forecast of 24". That is crazy! I think they have gotten more there than we have in Nebraska. And another one coming next week.
Be careful in that slippery stuff!

Your pics are pretty, but not if you have to be there. We are getting a little snow here. Nothing like you.

Althought I don't miss the weather now that I'm in FL, I don't get to take snow days anymore...just mental health days. Perfect to stay in and sew! Take care.

I'm in NE Alabama, we've had lots of rain lately, but in 40s & 50s most days & cold at night. I can handle that better than snow & sleet. I lived in that in Kentucky, Missouri & Germany & was so thankful when the Army sent us to California, then TX. I'm back in AL, my home state for about 27 years. We've had some snow, but nothing like the North & Midwest gets. You'll bundle up & stay safe. TTUL

Got home from work at 6:00 and there was about an inch of snow on ground. It's 10:00 here now and there's about 7 inches and it's coming down hard. I've never seen such big snowflakes. It's beautiful but there's also a thin layer of ice under it. Glad it's on the week-end. Did any one see pictures of the grocery stores on tv? Shelves were stripped bare.
Everyone stay warm and safe and off the roads if possible. Preferably with some good quilting to do.

I'm in south central Pennsylvania and they're calling for 20-24" by the time it's done tomorrow. DC is supposed to get up to 30". My twins live down there and they said everyone is freaking out!! Come on spring!
