LOL, this is such a little thing, but I am so proud of my 21 year old son, Cody today!
At lunch, he went to McDonalds, and he WON a fifty dollar gift card for Walmart! (LUCKY KID!)
He said, Mom, you can have it!
Well I would NEVER take his winnings, lol, so he said he would give it to his Sister. Shes a college kid in her own place, so the $50.00 will be a HUGE treat for her!
I am just Happy he is helping someone else.

Kinda makes up for all of those times you wanted to kill him, doesn't it? ;)

It's NOT a "little thing"....it's a wonderful thing that does just what all of the others have said...it's shows the good job you did! Kudos, Mama!! :)

I have to agree with everyone else. Cody does sound like a wonderful young man but you mus be a wonderful Mama who taught him well. Good job to the both of you.

CarrieAnne, I don't think it's a "little" thing at all. People that age are very self-centered, it's all part of the growing process.
For him to offer that is so loving and generous.
Hmmm......... kind of sounds like you, Mom!!
    HUGGIES!!!!!!!

What a gift for You, to be nearby and actually get to witness the results of all Your years of dedication and love and example for Your very lucky Son. He is lucky to have had You for a M(~.~)M.. ! ! ! Little did You know on the first day of his life that today You would be singing his praises to a very large group of fellow Quilters. We are very proud of You and Him ....Peace ....(~.~)
