I love watching squirrels! I think they are so funny!
When we lived in CT, I had an arch in the front yard. The windows in our living room were 3 huge floor to ceiling types. I put the arch in the middle of them and then grew morning glories and trellising roses on them. I would hand a bell bird feeder from the middle so the cats could have their "cat tv". Well, one day a squirrel jumped on it and the cats were mesmerized. Hubby saw the squirrel and went out and shook the arch. Sill squirrel hung on to that bell for dear life as it was twirling around the center rung. I stood yelling at him to stop...ok, in between the laughs. It was just hysterical. Poor squirrel never came back into the front yard again. I wonder why? lmao

great pics amma - will you show us pics of all your bargain goodies when you're home?
The diamond pattern you showed, I've seen in Holland made in chintzs, they call it Diamonds of Antwerp and it's something I've always wanted to try! http://www.dutchquilts.com/quilt_kits.html
Scoll it's about halfway down. If you click on it you get a bigger picture. They do it as a kit but it's wayyyyy expensivo!
