One generation says one thing and the other generation means something else. But, I agree with the majority--to make a point or to emphazise, I do it at times. They would know if I was truly MAAAAAAD. HE HE HE

You had good reason to yell after all the hassles with them.

She was using passive aggression and shifting the "blame" to you! Anything to not admit the fault is theirs.

I do the same thing and even know in the world of the net that it's considered "yelling". People who personally know me, know my tone and my voice know I'm not yelling at them but just stressing or emphasizing a word.
I would not have thought you were yelling but I can see where someone else might.

Even if the person perceived it as yelling, their response was inappropriate. When dealing with consumers, there are no feeling words or responses. The supplier of services or goods must provide answers and ask questions simply. Anything else causes a diversion and perhaps the loss of a customer.

If the bold or italic function isn't available, you *may* try asterisks for emphasis. You could also try limiting your point to three sentences or less and using what feels like an overabundance of paragraph breaks.

It would seem most people are easily confused and require some coddling. Pretend everyone has had a really bad day and proceed from there.

I agree!
Me too. If you don't want to yell try to use bold lettering. I can't quite figure out how to do it on here.

I think the exclamation marks and capital letters has given the letter an aggressive or 'cranky' feel about it that you probably did not intend. Where you perhaps wanted to sound questioning in order to find out facts, it may have come across as an attitude of "What do you mean!" So, wisely, the person at the other end has asked you to contact him/her personally, so that you can sort it out. I would just ring and have your question satisfied.
