    place your favourite quilting block on the floor walk around it 3 time perousing it closely from all angles,
    sit down and relax you have just walked around the block 3 times

    I could do that one! Oh, on second thought, if I have to look down, I'll lose my balance and probably fall over! Darn, have to think of another one!!LOL

    Don't forget to add in there that you pick it up and press it so the iron counts as lifting weights... just make sure you use both arms equally.

    You can extend it a bit if you want to get even fitter. Pick up the block and carry it with you whilst moving around the house. Thay way you will walk round the block several times and not get dizzy!
