    Smile my early excersize routine

    put a quilted block on the floor walk all the around it. you have nowwalked around a the block, pick it up again and you have done your weight lifting and bending routine.

    HA HA!! Wonder how many "Blocks" I have to walk around to loose 30 pounds??

    If Only my husband would believe I am exercising (my dr. to)!!

    funny, actually I am doing a scrap quilt, sort of a log cabin, each strip about 1 inch wide so there is a lot of ironing, I consider going to and from the ironing board every few minutes my daily walk.

    Now that exercise routine I just love cannot wait to do it again. lol

    Although when I was still basting on the floor, all those squats really WAS a workout, I'd be sore for a couple days afterwards! LOL
