I placed a fairly large order with them over two weeks ago and received an email confirmation and order number. My credit card has not been charged, so I am wondering if they don't plan on sending me my order? I have emailed the person twice now and have not heard anything back from them. I understand the store was closing down, so maybe they are very backed up, but I would still like to know if I will at some point be receiving my order, or if it was just trashed. I have that money set to spend on quilting supplies, and if I can't buy through them, I'm sure I can find something at Connecting Threads I want! Have any of you placed an order recently with them and if so, what have your results been? thank you.

This is the message on their website. I'm sure they were overwhelmed with orders, and hope they do get around to contacting those who did not get theirs filled. Even if they are closed, it would be the polite thing to do.

I had the same problem....they did not contact me either....when I finally got with them, they replied that they had sent me a message (NOT!) that my order was cancelled because they ran out of supplies d/t large influx of orders generated by the gob sales!
