I totally agree...vaccinate,vaccinate,vaccinate.
As I posted in reply to Jingle:

THAY HAD THEIR SHOTS!
Her vet said there is a new strain going around called F2/ C-2 Strain that has migrated from Europe.
According to her vet, the past Parvo vaccines DO NOT protect against this strain. (?)

There are couple of new strains of things going around. I use to get on people all the time about putting their puppies on the floor at Petsmart.( I am not saying your daughter did.) But that is how things get spread. We also used a LOT of hand sanitizer at adoptions.

Teddy is over the rainbow bridge, playing in the meadow in the sunshine. Someday he will jump into your arms in joy when you arrive.

He is not gone. He is just away.

I am so sorry for the loss of your little one.
I hope my link works as I believe this will someday be true for me and all my babies that have passed on

I am sooooooo sorry for your loss. I lost my huskie 8 mos ago. I am still grieving. But this situation is worst because the beautiful pup did not have a chance. My heart goes out to you. . . . as I wipe away the tears.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Just remember the happy times that you had with Teddy. How is Chance doing?
