Excuse me RAKer's, ONE of you will be RAKed today so watch your mailbox/PO Box!
Louise, I'm mailing that item to you today that we talked about, not really a RAK because you know it's coming!

Thanks hoppa
Teresa - sounds good, I will be on the look out for it.
Well hubs went to the "burrito" shop this morning
to get us some for breakfast. He measured the snow
out side on the heat pump 19 inches and it is still snowing
although not as heavy as it was yesterday and last night.
I really do hate the snow, since I try to avoid driving in
it I get cabin fever FAST when I know that just going to
my car and driving off is not as easy to do.
What really has me SUPER BUMMED is this weekend is the
Rocky Mountain Quilting/Sewing Expo and I can't get there.
Asked hubs if he would drive me in the Jeep, he said NO.
Can you believe he turned me down flat to take me to the
Quilting Expo?
This will be the second year in a row that I have missed
going to it <code>"cry"
</code>

I was surprised yesterday by a RAK, it was from mmb195152, she made homemade mounds drops and I got one of them and the hubby and grandsons got some of them, we all enjoyed them. She also sent the recipe for them.
She sent a very nice card and 3 spools of CC mercerized cotton thread in a beautiful yellow. 2 nice yellow thimbles and 3 different lovely fabrics in shades of green one is a plaid and one is a blender and one seems to be a tiedyed.
This made my day has I had, had a hard day with contractors and I was plum out of engery and my mood was in the tolet. So Mary thanks so very much for the RKA. It was a mood lifter to be sure.

Does anyone use Singer plastic bobbins "class 66"
I have 3 packs of 4 (12 bobbins total) that I want to get rid of.
Don't know where they came from, but I have no need
for them.
Let me know and I will get them in the mail to you.

Just got RAK's by mooredll - AKA Debbie who sent me a sweet lighthouse date book (thank you since I already lost the date book I got myself earlier this year!) and perfectly cut little triangles in yellow, blue and green! Thank you! I love them. Now ... what to make?

Confession time, I was planning to get an
early start today with my swap stuff making
things and such.
Than hubs asked me if I had any washcloths
so he could take them to work (he hates paper towels).
Well of course I have enough washcloths because
I use them to for making hanging towels with.
Well while "digging" that box out I created a
rather large mess in the sewing room, so that
means I have to clean it again to get to the machine.
Now the reason for this post.
Does anyone do hand quilting?
I have some hand quilting thread that I would
like to get rid of.
There MIGHT be other posts like this as
I progress through the cleaning, so be on
the look out in case there is something that
you may be interested.
If I post about something you do know about
and need a picture let me know.
Hope your having a great day.
