Thanks CraftyBear. If its like the 5.9 earthquake we had 2 days ago, our cells will be out. No cell phones for 4.5 hours. People were frantic. Now we are having 4.5 after shocks 1:15AM was the last one so far. We are not supposed to have earthquakes in Virginia, MD or DC. But we have them now. Having a shaking good time, what if another big one happens in the middle of Irene? Boy that will freak the populace, maybe some of them will leave. LOL
