That is a beautiful thing you are doing. I know that our older men and women love to pet animals, It gives them a happy piece of mind. God bless.

Another great day courtesy of Karla and the minis! And Buddy and Cherie of course, LOL. You can tell by their faces how much they enjoy the horses, Karla. I love looking at the expressions on the "grammy & grampy's" faces. Good job! Thanks so much for posting the pix.

P.S. Whatever happened about taking Mazie to the nursing home?

gaigai--well, the "Life Enhancement Director" was fired months after that happened. The Exective Director didn't like her. Hard to comprehend. She now has a job in a different facility. She's a bit far to bring her residents out here though. Bummer. She was sad about missing this trip. :-(

The last two pictures in the first series (haven't looked through the whole thread)
anyway, that gentleman's face and Buddy's response just says it all, doesn't it???
What a nice show you and Cheryl put on, and to be able to touch and smell the little horses up close and personal must have been WONDERFUL for your guests ! !
You are probably like me and wish you could keep them all there as an audience FOREVER!
The folks who really respond to what you are doing are just so special, and they are so generous with their enjoyment of the moment.
What a day you had! Thank you for sharing <wave>
