Your cell phone provider website should have them. I know Verizon does, I get mine from there as they are my provider.

I use zedge, they have ringtones and backgrounds, I haven't had a problem,my son approves, I got the "Cops" theme and I love it, also a snowing background, I change my themes with the seasons

Depending on your phone, you can probably google how to make your own from your digital music. I had my son create one of my grandson laughing for me. I have clips of music for each of my family members so that I know who is calling by the ringtone.

Do you have to pay to get ringtone options that don't come built in to the phone? How do you get the ring tones on to the phone from the website?
