I hate to ask a dumb question but what exactly are jewel tones?

I think its reds, deep purples, greens, (the color of gems...) ect...
google it..see what you find...

That really helps, did not find any on Google but they referred me to a balloon chart and it had lots of beautiful deep rich colors. I have some of this so I am good to go.

Just think of gem stones. Emerald green, sapphire blue, amethyst purple, ruby or garnet red, topaz gold things like that. Just not diamond.lol

Ahhh, beautiful fabrics. Jewel tones are my favorites. <3 I always think of a peacock, since the cool spectrum of purple/teal/sapphire/emerald is just so gorgeous.

very clear- vibrant color---not always bright- but always very (rich) looking clear color.
