She may just grow out of it, my DH puppy had the same issues when she was little, today both her ears lay flat.

We have a collie/german shepard that has 1 ear up and 1 down, I always loved it, she is 11 yrs old and it is still like that. (Looks like a collie). Once I had a "snotty" lady look at me and say what kind of dog is that. Sorta down her nose. I just smiled and said she was a German Flopped Ear Collie and looked so surprised that she had never heard of the breed. I still laugh about that one.
