I love sardines and even anchovies...depending on what you use them for. A lot of anchovies are used to make fish sauce for cooking.. which i use often. Sardines, I love to eat the ones in Mustard or Tomato and eat them with Sticky Rice. YUM!

I LOVE sardines...on soft, white bread. Will try on saltines, though. Also love herring in wine sauce on saltines. Full of calcium, minerals and omega3. (Just don't look at the sardines and think pleasant thoughts, heh, heh) If you want creepy, how about those pickled pigs feet in the jar? (Yes, I like that, too) Won't eat snails or oysters, though!

No anchovies.
But I love sardines with mustard.
I get the craving about once a year.
