the funny thing was, the redwork showed a girl holding 3 cats. We now have 3 cats!!! a mamma cat who came to live in our back yard and her two girls. they are inside cats now!
Make a quilt to remember your pet by, it does help.

It helps me to see Melvin and Bitsy running and playing knowing that is the way it really is. hugs to you 7, and to anyone that has lost a loved pet.

I want to thank each and every one of you for your kind words to me and about my Dear Boots. I know time heals all wounds and it'll definitely take me some time. I do have comfort in knowing that he's in a better place and with all your creatures. The next hardest thing for me to do will be picking him up in his urn! I do like the suggestion of making a memory quilt of him, what a great idea! Thank you, thank you, thank you for all the support!!

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss and am sending you hugs. It's good to know that your quilting can ease the pain if only a little. I had one of my little baby rescue kittens that DS found die in my hand. She was only with me for 9 days and only weighed 4 1/2 ozs. but she knew she was loved and wanted, not laying under a bush all alone. God bless. May your pain ease with time and all those good memories be a comfort to you. Hugs, hugs, hugs.

Hugs to you and I'm so sorry for your loss. It's difficult to let go but it is the last loving thing we can do for one of our furbabies. It does get eaier but just ask me about my baby who I had put to sleep almost 10 yrs ago and I still cry over him. He was my angel on 4 legs and I know he waits for me at Rainbow Bridge.
