I spoke to Trupeach today. She is doing well. Her daughter is beginning to sh ow signs of healing. Her son has moved closer to home and her former husband has started taking a more active role in his daughter's life. It won't ever be over, but they will come to a new routine. Best of all, tru actually laughed. She can't wait to have some time to put her new quilt together. Your gifts and prayers are helping. Thank you for answering my call. You are some of the best people I know. Please stay in touch with me and with trupeach. God bless, Gwyn

Gwyn, that is good news! Of course our prayers are going to be answered, God always listens. You have done well, good and faithful friend. Thank you so very much for bringing this situation to our attention. I truly believe that whenever a quilter learns of someone having a problem or other difficulties, we tend to spring to action. It's just in our nature. I'm glad to have been able to be a part of this special project and to bring a little happiness to someone in need.

I am so pleased and happy to see the outpouring of love from everyone here. I can't wait to hear how her quilt(s) will be coming along. Just hope that things with DD and family will become less stressful for her soon. :D Tigger :D

HI Gwyn, I do not know this peachy but feel sorry for what she is having to go through. That happend to a young lady in our area but it was a piece of furniture that dropped off a truck in front of her and went through the front window at her. She is now blind but doing good. I would love to send some blue fabric, sewing room is torn up right now. Please send her address, and I want to thank you for being so sweet and thoughtful. ConnieF on the chat

Gwyn, I haven't been out of the house since I said I would send something to Peachy. I still intend to do it, will just be late getting there. I don't know if I have a scrap of blue and white in all the tubes or not. Maybe I could find something without going shopping.
