While gardening today and sweating in 92 degrees this little guy didnt seem to care about the temperature.

Hard to believe that butterflies like dead animals and poop...yes poop. So the next time one of those pretty little creatures lands on you are you gonna swat it like a house fly, funny how pretty makes all the difference in the world.

I don't have my zinnias this year; and don't have as many butterflies either. They are beautiful creatures!

I just love butterflies! I planted some bee balm & a butterfly flower this year & have seen more this year than ever before. One landed on my hummingbird feeder a couple of days ago & stayed there for quite awhile. Wish I would've gotten a picture of it.
