I'm so sorry. Hope you are able to stop payment. My brother and sister in law just bought an ecig at 7eleven and it works great. They haven't had a cig. in 7 weeks.

just about any time you sign up for a "FREE TRIAL" they are signing you up for continuing monthly shipments and billing, unless you cancel. And it can be VERY hard to cancel. Remember

Complaining works!!! I just got a letter in the mail from the Arizona Attorney General and they're filing a lawsuit against Smoke Freely LLC for fraud!!! I don't even care if I get a refund since it was only $55 bucks but I want those people put OUT of business!!!

I have a credit card that I use ONLY for internet purchases. That way, I don't worry about getting my bank account drained (by using a debit) if there is a fraud. I also keep a low credit line on the card, just in case. We were victims of a fraud years ago and after about four years, we got a check mailed to us for the amount. It was a shock. I guess the feds got involved because it was such a big scam.

I suggest you write to your state's attorney general and tell them about this fraud. I did that on something my husband thought we was getting "free". We got our money back.
