One of the ski areas here has 155" of base.
We got snow finally in our area.

Yes, I'll deal with 17" of snow in NYC if I still get my winter oranges!

It always amazes me that even though I live at a much more northerly latitude than you, our weather is far more moderate. Thought Canada was supposed to be the frozen north. We have snow, but wish we had LOTS more!

Thanks! But we have plenty of snow and cold already. Are you taking advantage of the weather and staying in to quilt???? Seems to be a good excuse for me......
Stay warm!

Look at snow as a blessing, at least you don't have to mow the lawn.

We have about 15" more yesterday, can't see the church next door anymore.
I live about 45 miles north of Brainerd.

I do not envy you. We were right in the middle of the big snows, one midwest and one eastern seaboard. We in central Ohio only got about an inch and a half!

Living in Texas, we don't see much snow. I love to see it falling and then afterwards also, but I'm ready for it to go after a couple of days. My husband is from Wisconsin, and he misses the snow; but he doesn't want to go back to it. - Cynthia
