Second snow fall here today. Wind is very cold but snow doesn't seem to be sticking too bad. On the east side of Arizona is getting much more snow. Husband home from work today-he works on a golf course so no one out braving the weather today

What a lovely image. It's so tranquil it could be in a magazine. Love the brick road!

We have had record low highs; yesterday was the first ever since they'd been keeping records. The high was I think they said 50; the lowest warm ever for this date. I dumped over 6 inches of rain out of the rain gauge yesterday after only about a day and a half of rain; it's still raining. Keep your snow up north guys; we don't need that here too. The flooding is bad enough.

I'm with you. It's nice for one day then I want it gone.

Many years ago my husband, kids, and I went on a Carribbean cruise in the middle of October. On our return home on October 17 as our plane was coming in for a landing in Detroit we looked out our Windows to see six inches of snow on the ground. A few years later we were camping in a campground near our home and the temps were in the 90's, also in mid-October.
. The park was hosting a Halloween weekend, but it was so hot the kids didn't want to put their costumes on to go trick-or-treating. October is a crazy month in Michigan!
