I am about ready to chuck my printer out the window! I can't get it to print anything. I spent two hours going through the guided helps and nothing helped. Finally I quit and decided to relax on the board! Maybe the solution will come to me in a dream. I darn sure don't want to call the tech line and try to decipher what someone with a strong foreign accent is trying to tell me at $60 a call. (grinding of teeth)

This may sound stupid but did you try the in cartridges or shut it off and then turn it back on again.

You also might re-installing the software.

I've had the same problem sometimes and I just unplug the printer wait a few minutes and plug it back in and it works.

Our printer is a Dell and it has decided it doesn't want to feed the paper through. Ugh! We are seriously considering getting a Kodak printer. The cost of a new printer would be less than what new ink cartriges would be also.

Could you have possibly clicked on pause by accident? I have done this several times over the years, and it takes me forever to figure out what was wrong

Also, try unplugging the printer from the wall and the tower, restart the computer and then plug it back into the tower and then the wall :D:D:D

The problem has been resolved. I stopped the printer spooling service, then restarted it, and that finally did the trick. Thank you all for your suggestions.
