A quick note on the brownie tip, you can just set the unwrapped mints (I usually use thin mints as they are bigger and cover more territory) on the brownies when they come out of the oven. When they get melty, just swirl them around and you have saved the dirty pan!I can't claim I invented this, but I don't remember where I got it from.

Wow Donna Thanks a lot for these tips. Very interesting and really useful. My son would really appreciate your tip about mosquitos when he goes to the lake fishing.
