Awwwh! What a sweet little "progress stopper" ;-)
I understand where you are coming from. My calico, Patches, seems to sense the second I get out the rotary cutter, because she is there in a flash, flopping down for a belly rub right where I am trying to cut! I am so afraid she is going to lose the tip of her tail one of these days!

Love the quilt peeking out from under the box.

Aren't cats great (laughter). They make it clear when it is time to give them attention and stop what you like doing. Great pics. Thank you for sharing.

LOL I'm thinking of changing her name from Lily to Bull's Eye. You can see the circle while she's laying there. When she stands it's like a perfect bull's eye. One on each side. I asked the vet what kind of cat she is. She's a cross between a tiger and a calico, so he called her a Talico. She's a rescued kitten, so have no idea who her mama and papa is. Change that, I'm her mama. LOL

Your baby is really sweet, interesting you called attention to the bulls eye. Our oldest DD has a male cat with the bulls eye on both sides, my grandson named him....what else...Bulls eye. ;-)

You DD doesn't line in NM does she? But Bulls Eye is not a nice sweet gentle kitty that she is one day going to be, I hope. She's still only 4 1/2 months old so still have some growing up to do.

Great quilt stopper. Wish I could use that as my excuse. I just plain don't feel like it.

Nope, she lives here in backwoods PA. DH and I were through Albuquerque in July of 2009. I don't know what your part of NM is like, but if I didn't live here in PA, I could see my self living in Albuquerque.
Yes, they can be little dickens when young. I remember when my cat Jazz was a kitten (we got her when she was barely 6 wks). She used to wear me out playing with her and keeping her out of trouble. 8-)
