Cīmon over, we would love to have you. A few of us were saying it was nice today not quite so many just 20 out of the usual 40 were there, but we still have room for my Qulting buddies from the board.
I feel cold tonight possibly because I am tired, its been raining today, hope its stays fine for Semana Santa they have some wonderful processions here.

Elle, last Sunday, our local newpaper had a wonderful article about the Semana Santa. I kept it to send to you, I'm going to look on-line for it...I have to run out right this second, but I'll see if I can find it on-line and post a link so everyone can see it.

Thanks Patti, Does look a little different doesnīt it. those high hats freak me out. they can be White, Black or Purple. Those large tabloids are very very heavy and sometimes up to 100 men can be underneath carrying them. For those who have never ever seen anything quite like this the Tabloids usually have large statues on them depicting scenes from the Bible. A bell rings for them to stop and rest and then when the bell rings again off they go. They can walk several miles around a village or town. some do a penance by walking in bare feet or some blindfold. there are going to be a lot of parades around me this week end.
