When filling out your Christmas cards this year, take ONE CARD and SEND it to this address:

A Recovering American Soldier,
c/o Walter Reed Army
Medical Center,
6900 Georgia Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20307-5001.

If we pass this on and everyone sends one card, think of how many cards these soldiers could get to bring up their spirits ♥ Isn't a smile worth the cost of a postage stamp?

As a mother of 2 Marines and a Soldier, I think this is awesome! God bless our troops.

Thanks. I do it every year and I've been putting this in my cards, too. God Bless America and the free nations of the world.

Blessings,
Ruth

Just an FYI because of security risk if a name of a soldier is not on the card it cannot be delivered. You might want to contact Walter Reed to see if they are accepting them this year. Last year they could not.
