My knockout roses have really taken off since being trimmed back and warm weather arriving. They are extremely hardy, water tolerant and so easy to care for. You don't have to do a lot of clipping or special care. They are a great rose to grow.

I'm in mid Illinois. Our red bud is in bloom, our lilac bush is busting out with blooms, our Bradford pear is blooming, and our Dogwood is starting to bloom. Spring is here!!!

They are Knockout roses like texassunshine described. Don't do anything to them, they deadhead themselves, just trim a little is all.
