It is still under warranty according to the date, but they are trying to tell me that because I used it in the rain, the warranty is void....what a crock......It wasn't a storm, just steady drizzle, not even windy.
WHAT??? Why would you put one up if not to sheild yourself from the elements, right?
I don't have an EZTent. I have just the cheap tarp with the 4 poles that you attach to it. Have had it for years and it's still like new.
 I have been in some storms in the past...which is whyI got this one...it is heavy duty, and you don't have problems with puddling cause it just runs off...
Some craft shows that I do have a thing about the kind of tent that you have...so I have one of the middle of the road ones, not the ones that are around $1000. I have even seen the fire marshal come down the rows of tents, checking to see that you have weights and if everything is secure...

Me, too...That is why I will be calling back tomorrow and talking to someone else, or a supervisor....If they don't give me satisfaction, they don't know what they are unleashing.... a post-menopausal woman with a toothache  This could be interesting........

Its amazing the lengths they will go to to disallow a warranty ! by the time they have spoken to you several times it would have been just cheaper to replace it if you figure the time wasted.. Corporate america at its finest !
