Oh Kay...I'm so sorry about the offer for Rusty. Maybe the benefits will make up for some, but it is sooo tough out there in the job market right now. Lots of people seem to be going "backwards"...its hard to do. If this one isn't right for him...the right one WILL come along, it just might take some time.

Oh Kay, I am so sorry about the job offer!! I think some companies are offering lower wages now because of there being so many out of work, and that is not right!!! Hoping that the benefit package will help equal it out some!!!

Yep there are just so many out there looking. We arent too proud to take any kind of work but it doesnt make much sense if its less then unemployment even though he would love to be back to work. But dang you cant lose money to take a job. HOpefully the benefits will be better?
