At one time we had two of the Cutco table knives that were sharp enough to cut anything on your plate, including steak, pork chops etc. Over the years one of the knives disappeared. DH and I have been carefully holding on to the remaining one, not realizing that Cutco was still in business. Thanks to this thread I have purchased a new set of 4 as a Christmas present for DH-- He will be thrilled!
