We had a case here a few years back where a guy was drunk, went on a Drs. roof, and somehow crashed though. The Dr. had a wife and kids, and shot the man, not fatally. Well, the "poor" drunk actually sued him! He DID loose, but WHY spend all this Tax money on a trial for something SO STUPID!?!?
