Does anyone make decent stepmother gifts? Did a quick google search & the only results were for evil stepmother type things.

For the record, I love and respect my stepmom. She's there for me when I need her (and when I think I don't)

Make her some quilted placemats or a table runner. A lap quilt is nice too. Anything from the heart is a welcomed gift in my opinion.

All of the above. I have done each for my step mother (who is wonderful) and she's so appreciative. I also made her a dog bed.

She has 2 cats. One of them lays on top of the table. Maybe I will make one for him (the cat) for Christmas.

As a stepmom (and hopefully a good one) I appreciate anything that "my" kids give me. I only have one biological child but I have 4 steps and love them all.

My ex MIL was controlling and picky but she loved her grand babies so I trusted my kids with her with no doubts. That meant more to me then her being a good MIL to me. She loved the different plants and flowering bushes I bought for her to plant in her yard. My DH's mother died young so I don't have a MIL.

On behave of all step mothers, I would like to thank you. I am a step mother of 2 boys, they were 12 and 16 when I came into their father's life. Not that times haven't been difficult, but there have been great times as well.

Nothing touches a step mother's heart as a gift made by a stepchild. I am sure if you made her any gift, it would be considered a gift from your heart.
