We are under a tornado watch til 4am. This seems strange for November weather, especially for the over night hours. The temp is unusually warm tonight, it's 71 at 11.30pm. I had to turn the air on because it is so stuffy inside. We can't leave the windows open if it's gonna storm. You all be safe tonight.

I live in Earlington, the 05' tornado happened less than one mile from my house. My mil and fil lived in the path of the storm, this is where their house once stood. They made it out fine, thank goodness they had a basement.

We had to go into the basement of the Discovery Center this afternoon - several tornadoes were in the storm that was going over. One touched down north of us and the others west. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt, although a school bus was turned over and some farm animals lost their lives. Scary!

I heard a tornado touched down in Illinois? Are you close to there?
I pray that noone was hurt.
Used to live in KS/MO (tornado alley) so those storms would come up at a moments notice..
Here, we're under a winter storm warning. We're supposed to get more snow, plus now the wind has kicked up and they're saying blizzard conditions..the high tomorrow is also the low.. 28. Wednesday isn't looking any better. The high is supposed to be 14 with the low of -3 or something ridiculous like that..
I'm afraid if I move to fast my bones will break I'm so cold!..
