Default Suggestions for friend for gift

My best friend, has a milestone birthday coming soon - I would like to get her something special but I'm stumped as to what -
no point in going the jewellery line - her DH buys over the top for her and she only wears what he buys.
I just can't think of anything that seems special enough.
I'd appreciate any suggestions, and hopefully one will be the "Eureka" moment for me. (i.e. Eureka = I found it!)

Since she has all that fancy jewelry, maybe a pretty travel jewelry roll? Maybe a panty coin purse with a gift card inside to a fancy restaurant?

If it was me, I would like to get a gift certificate for a Spa treatment, a pedicure and/or a manicure.

This was going to be my suggestion as well. Perhaps make appointments for you both and have a nice lunch or girls dinner that day as well.

For my BFF's 70th birthday, I made her a memory quilt. I enlisted her daughter's help in sending me photos from through the years, adding those I had. We've been friends for 50+ years. I started planning the quilt almost a year ahead of her birthday. You probably don't have the time to do this, though. For the rest of you looking for a special gift for a friend, looking ahead may give you time to do something like this.

Love the memory quilt idea. something like that is very special. For Mothers day my daughter made me a quilt with all the dogs My husband I have had over the course of 44 years of marriage. (13) Three are still with us. She scanned photos in to her computer then cropped and did all that computer stuff LOL printed them out and Then used them to make templates for fabric . some of the dogs had several pieces ( the beagles) she then appliqued them on blocks . It is just beautifu. I never can fihure out how to upload pictures to the board or I would post a pic. it was her first quilt too! I have been quilting 5 years and I would not have attempted it.
