Default Sweet Hubby and the Neat Sewing Room

I had to laugh to myself on Saturday when my DH told me that my sewing room was too neat. We were cleaning house for company that evening. It was the first time they would visit so we wanted to make a good impression. Our house is almost always neat so not much needed to be done. I had put all of my sewing stuff away though. He walked into my sewing room and came to tell me that I have a very nice sewing room, but no one would ever know I use it. There were no projects out anywhere. I asked if he wanted me to put some back out. Yeah, he thought that would be a good idea. So I took out a variety of things I had made and some I was currently finishing and set them on my cutting and ironing tables. I called him back and asked how things looked and he told me it looked good, now it looked like I use my room. I was happy to make him happy afterall, he worked hard to give me my nice sewing room.

What a great guy! He wanted to show off your skills, no doubt ... he must be very proud of you. Tell him we think he's a sweetheart.

I have to keep my quilting things put away when not working on them. I share my sewing room with four cats and don't want them laying all over my stuff.

    Nice Husband.
