Anyway my son took the house out of the truck and 3 cats were in it in less than 2 min. The cost? $15. Could not buy the wood for that. It is going on the screened porch the cats have access to when they are thru roaming the barn and yard. Take care.

I also love thrift stores. I go in to see if I can find any batting (I use the batting for qayg, so even if the part of the batting has been used, I can still use it. My best find was 2 pieces of the same bue fabric for 20 cents. I had no idea how long the material was, but I knew they were both big pieces. When I got home, I discovered that each piece of fabric was 3 yds long. Twenty cents for six yards of material is not bad at all!

Wow! Don't you love it? I got two cotton men's shirts - one pink, one lavendar - for my latest Linus quilt, some jeans for a couple of little girl purses and the top for a table runner that is printed with pineapples. All of this for $6.

Bought this working machine last Friday at a Thrift shop for $12.50. It is a White Rotary77 Sewmaster....no belt and wheel moves clockwise! Love Thrift stores!
I think it is made of leftover Tank metal but sews beautifully.
