Yummy.... I can't wait til my tomatoes are ready in my garden, because that is exactly what I will be doing. and then I freeze it in containers like that for the winter and here in Minnesota, We have a loooooong winter, so I need to make bunches of containers full.

Oh my! I'm so jealous. May I be jealous? This will be the second year in a row that I won't have tomatoes; too cool and no sun-plenty of rain though. I SO love REAL tomatoes...
