It might get r-e-a-l-l-y spooky in Oklahoma tonight! Here's the forecast for our area:

“Saturday Night
Mostly cloudy with thunderstorms and rain showers in the evening, then clear with thunderstorms and rain showers. Low of 57F. Winds from the SSE at 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 35 mph. Breezy. Chance of rain 70% with rainfall amounts near 0.9 in. possible.”

It’s the “clear with thunderstorms and rain showers” that worries me the most!

The wife will join in on the cornbread and beans with the rest of you, and I like cornbread, but I’m a “flour tortilla and beans” guy myself! Back when I was young, friends of mine taught me how to eat an entire bowl of pinto beans with nothing but a stack of tortillas (no spoon).

Wow, that's alot of rain. So glad no serious damage. Way too much already this year. Hope and pray it's almost done for the season.

Lived in OKC years ago and I remember tornadoes going over out house in The Village. Praying that you come through these safely and that your beans are good.

Skipped our town and came back down over at nw Shawnee.
More storms are coming...beans are still cooking. Its going to be a long nite here in Oklahoma.
Here's a pic of what our back yard looked like after 10 mins of rain and hail.

It was a little nerve racking, I just went to bed and depended on the storm radio to wake me up. If I was asleep. Where are u in ok? I am in Tulsa, so we didn't get a whole lot.
