Boy we had a big nasty fire in June.I don't remember how many acres it burned. Now we have bears every couple of nights. The night before last you could see where the bear was dragging one of it's paws.I hate to know that a bear is suffering like that.
We think that fire took out all the berry's bushes and whatever the bears eat.Now their traveling farther looking for food.

Connie, close the window. Bears can get into any place they can get their paws through.
You might consider calling the forestry department about the wounded bear.

Connie, be safe. Sorry to hear about that poor bear, but the best thing would be to call the folks that handle that sort of thing so they know to watch out for the bear.
