Tufted Foot Stool
Has anyone make those tufted foot stools? I thought they were just not for me and thought they looked really dumb. So much for that I saw some in real life and gosh darn it - they are really cute and comfortable. Has anyone else seen them in person or made them?

They are cute! Our LQS has classes on them. The ladies have fun giving them little personalities with their fabric and themes. The instructor brings a kit so they are ready to go.
It wouldn't be too hard to make one. The big hardware stores sell the wooden feet.
PS: Kit here.

Hi, I have made one using Kaffe Fassett fabrics (big big fan of him and his designers) and it turned out nice, very happy with results. You can look up how to instructions on utube or just goggle it. I’ve also made the tuffet pincushions too for retreat favors. Check out local quilt shops for classes. I just used UTube and bought my materials at JoAnns using coupons... much cheaper,

Not done one, but 3 friends, including one who is an amazing seamstress, quilter, etc, and all say to buy the kit--the one gal said that she didn't buy on the first one and spent more gathering all the parts needed, especially the foam.

I have made two and I am working on the third one right now. Having the kit is much easier. I clicked on the link to Joann's above and that is a good price. But it doesn't have the feet or the large toggle screws that need to be put into the particle board. I had a hard time finding the feet. But I love both of them that I have made. I gave one to my mom and she loved it so much that she asked me to make one for my aunt.
