And here's a pair of sneakers to go with them. Darn! I threw out a couple of pairs like that after my dog chewed them.

I have a pair of jeans from Chico's that have a "torn" look but in a cute way. One knee is patched with sequins and stitching and the hems have lace on them. I love them!
No twisted seams either

A lot of the store bought clothes these days are ugly to me. Like what are they thinking? One can but a LOT of quilting fabric for the cost of these horribly made clothes!

Dumpster, you are so right. I have had "twisted seam" jeans all my life. When jeans are made with straight legs, and a knock-kneed person puts them on, the legs twist to the outside every time. I can't even imagine paying extra to have them twist on purpose....would that mean they would then zip in the back? Lol. No thanks.

Those jeans from Niemen Marcus look like someone had an accident with a car battery.

The folk that might wear those jeans would probably think my poly over-blouses just as ugly

I thought they were just good for quilt squares.

The twisted seams would drive me nuts. I don't like fancy clothes but I must like them and they have to be comfortable.
