Default Two new friends for the grandgirls

For Christmas I got a lovely book of crocheted animal patterns called Friends from Picu Pau. Here are the first two animals I made, for my grand daughters. The one on the left is an otter, and the one on the right is a donkey. The donkey will have a poncho once I get it finished....

SBG- they are darling! I always enjoy seeing your creations.
I have found since my granddaughter was born in September all I do is make her things! I'm already planning a quilt for when she's older which is premature, right? But I'm having so much fun with that little doll. I love to knit as well as sew.

Thanks everybody. I'm totally hooked (no pun intended!) on making these animal characters. So much fun!

SuzieQ, there's always so much you want to make for the darling babies. Congrats on yours! I sew clothing for mine too, so that's two of everything. But I wouldn't have it any other way.

Ekuw, love the new dove...
