Forgive me - what does FRE mean?
I use the Flat Rate Envelopes in my 10.5 inch swaps that I host so I order every month a huge box.. Sometimes I get it, sometimes I dont..

Reminded me about a letter sent overnight several years ago. Never arrived but some time later it was returned to me, torn, rather sad looking and wet. Thank goodness it was not a matter of life and death. Still, USPO does a great job most of the time and nothing like an ole fashioned letter :) Has anyone written one lately???

I have noticed when I use delivery confirmation the packages seem to make the delivery on time but without it it seems like forever for something to show up.

It was sent parcel post to me. Believe me the post office knows me now. They were nice about it a but could not do anything. I talked to them just about amonth prior because a Big box from Joann's with a 20 1/2 inch ruler never did arrive and JoAnn's and Myself and the main Post Office in the US had a three way phone converstation. Joann's reversed the charges and then sent me a new order. I don't know what ever happen to the first one. Bad News. I thought there was a theif at my PO. This is like the lost socks. What ever happens to them. Jdiane318 is a gem to deal with. She felt so bad and had nothing to do with the package that came from Springfield to the West by donkey. 16 days it took.
