I just love finches, but I can honestly say, I have never seen a "purple" one as in the picture here. How lovely he is!

Thank you for the wonderful idea. Don't know why I didn't think of putting a bird feeder right outside my window. I think I will have to go with a hummingbird feeder though. Our birds are very VERY messy, and I have a gardern right outside my window.

Now... to shop for a pretty feeder... :D

That is a great view you have. Once it gets nicer out, I will get the humming birds back. I don't have another feeder by my window though. :)
