he'd better get goch-ing! and no funny stuff goch-ing on around here! or he can goch get lost!

i know that sound. very gutteral, right? like he's clearing his throat? or, hard? like a 'k'?
Gutteral - goth the 'g' at the beginning and the 'gh' at the end. Like clearing the throat pretty much describes it.

BTW - I didn't want to spoil lacelady's joke, I can see it may have been construed like that and it absolutely WASN'T my intention. Sorry for any possible offence caused, LL - end of hijack. :D
None taken, they aren't my original lines, I just passed them on as I thought they were funny.

lacelady, i am still sending them around. everyone i i know is gogh-ing nuts over this. when i tell them where it comes from, they can't believe it's from a quilting forum. their forums and guilds are way stuffy. i'm getting all tired, patting everyone on the back!

thank you.

Glad everyone is enjoying them, they are just a bit of fun, and most people can think of perhaps adding one or two to them too.

Barbara, yes I am gogh-ing to be playing catch up on the board to make up for the time I was on vacation. So you are gogh-ing to be seeing a lot of old topics brought up again. I hope it is not gogh-ing to get too repetitious for everyone. LOL
