I had a dane once, ended up buying her a (secondhand) sofa just for her to sleep on

she could also fold up into a chair

if you gaver her the command "bed", she went and hogged the master bed!!

picture brings back great memories

thank you

I had a Great Dane when I lived in Texas. I trained her to take only commands in the Sioux language. She would watch my daughter and her friends while outside while I was working in my home office. One day I heard someone screaming outside and seen a man running past my window. I ran to the front door and seen this guy run past me, Holley Maybelline (Great Dane) a few feet behind him. I commanded her to stop he turned and said, "what the hell is that?"
I said "it's a puppy, now what are you doing in my yard." He was from the electric company here to read the meter. Now I had at the time strict instructions with them that no one was to come in the yard because of the dog. He never came back...lol

So, so funny. I can't wait to show my grandchildren. They will get a big kick out of this picture.
